We are currently seeking a Customer Aftersales Assistant
Qualities/Skills:
National Senior Certificate
A methodical, service and solutions focused peoples person who has strong problem solving as well as listening and comprehension skills (high level of communication skills),
3 + years experience in Client relations/aftersales
PC Literacy (MS Office Suite)- will be trained on Company system as well and excellent
telephone etiquette.

Your responsibilities will include :
Answering Customer Telephone calls promptly and professionally
Assisting Customer through to resolution of query
Taking care of customer at upon arrival,
Update the client database on Company system, ensuring all client details are correct and accurate,
Liaise with customers regarding satisfaction of service ,queries/complications
Liaise with the Accounts Department to ensure customers have received accurate invoices and statements once payment has been made.
