We are currently seeking an HR/Payroll Assistant
Qualities /Skills :
National Senior Certificate
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to develop win-win situations for both the company and the employees
Must be self-motivated, confident and enthusiastic
Minimum of 3 years operational experience in HR and managing a Payroll
Awareness of key payroll aspects
Excellent time and organisation management
Attention to detail and meticulous accuracy
Knowledge of South African employment laws and regulations

Your responsibilities will include :
Supporting human resources processes by administering tests and scoring in house aptitude tests scheduling appointments and conducting orientation;
Maintain both client and candidate records and information
Will be responsible for welcoming new employees to the Company by conducting a thorough orientation
Provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data,
Maintain and manage changes in employee data.
Provide administrative support to the department by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages and maintaining equipment and supplies.
