Fast Food Supervisors

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Responsible for the overall efficient running of the Restaurant (operations, financial, hygiene and safety)
  • To implement systems and plans as per the Restaurants policies and procedures
  • Effective communication and management of all staff
  • Support and coach restaurant staff as required
  • Monitor progress against plans and take corrective action where necessary
  • Ordering and receiving of stock
  • Effective scheduling of restaurant staff
  • Managing controllable expenses
  • Submitting of relevant reports
  • Cash handling and banking
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handling of customer complaints

 

Requirements

 

  • Grade 12
  • South African Residents only
  • MUST have 1 to 2 years Supervisor experience in a Restaurant or QSR
  • Computer literate - MS Office
  • Minimum 2 years POS experience (Micros preferred)
  • Excellent mathematical and literacy skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Able to work shifts and irregular hours
  • Capable of leading and motivating individuals and a team
  • No criminal record
  • Only SA Citizens will be considered
  • Clear credit record - NO bad debt
