Bilingual PA

Our client , a high calibre, very corporate firm , currently requires an experienced Bilingual PA to join them on a permanent basis.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Plan meetings, travel arrangements, bookings and confirmations

Manage the complex diaries and coordinate appointments
Organise internal and external events
Attend Executive meetings and keep minutes for company records
Ensure boardooms are prepared for meetings when they occur

Maintain an accurate daily, weekly and monthly ‘To Do List’
Management of office supply ordering
Assist with the recruitment process, liaise with agencies and shortlist CVs
Candidate Requirement/Qualification Profile:
Relevant Executive Secretarial/ Personal Assistant Qualification
High level MS Office Skills with strong, accurate typing and keyboarding skills (60 plus words per minute)

Three to Four years previous experience with Personal Assistant duties at Executive level
Strong. professional organisational skills
An enthusiastic, personable and engaged attitude
Outstanding communication and people skills
A self motivated, driven and ambitious individual
