We Are currently assisting a franchised car dealership who are looking for an experienced Service Administrator to join their successful Service and Aftersales team.
* Undertake all relevant administrative duties within the service department, whilst taking telephone enquiries and making customer service bookings.
* Contact customers from the database to inform them that their service is due, completing all paperwork accurately, maintaining records using computerised systems.
* Liaise with colleagues and management in various departments
Candidate Requirements :
Previous experience within a similar role is required for this position
Good levels of computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills are essential to the role, making the customers experience as enjoyable as possible, providing the very highest level of customer service at all times.
Experience delivering timely, professional, first customer service over the phone and face to face.
Salary Per Month :
R16000 with dealership benefits , perks and Bonus year end
