Financial Manager - farm

Responsibilities: Budgeting: Develops a 5-year budget plan and annual budget in line with Company objectives. Ensures that funds are expended in accordance with relevant policies, rules, regulations, and contractual terms. Prepares, consolidates and distributes budget and related reports on a monthly and quarterly basis for departments and divisions throughout the organisation. Financial Planning and Budgeting: Advises and assists the Board of Directors in the consideration and determination of objectives, policies, and other basic controls that are required for the most effective management of the organisation. Supervises and manages all financial transactions and financial planning for the Company. Effectively manages all financial aspects of projects, namely: Budgets Monitoring expenses Monitoring margins. Reporting production consolidated status. Monitoring and Evaluating Financial Data: Presents quarterly financial reports to the Executive Board. Presents monthly reports of the Company’s financial status to the Management Team. Compiles monthly management accounts. Reviews and analyses monthly financial statements. Effectively manages Working Capital. Other: Ensures that funds, physical assets and other Company property is appropriately safeguarded and administered. Budget management and cost reporting abilities.
