Junior HR/Finance Clerk

We are in need of a HR/Financial Clerk and applicants are invited to apply for this position should they be interested and meet the minimum requirements as set out below. This position has a dual purpose and requires basic HR and Payroll as well as debtors and creditors administrative tasks and functions. Description This position has a dual purpose and requires basic HR and Payroll as well as debtors and creditors administrative tasks and functions. Main Functions HR and Payroll Administering the time and attendance process and documentation. Calculation of working hours for wages. Investigating and solving pay queries. Investigating disciplinary matters. Issuing of disciplinary correspondence to relevant parties. Minimum Requirements: Min Grade 12. Tertiary qualifications will be beneficial. Sound financial and administrative knowledge/experience (minimum of 3 years relevant experience in both fields).
