Collections Agent

Do you have strong customer service skills and looking for an opportunity to work in a contact centre environment? This role includes: handling a mixture of inbound and outbound calls to customers, you will be handling collections of overdue accounts, up to 90 days, negotiating payments of outstanding debts, arranging suitable payment plans for customers, maintaining a high level of customer service. Requirements: Previous experience in a debt collection environment, Demonstrate a high level of customer service, Professional telephone manner, Confident negotiation & problem solving skills, Effective time management & organisation skills, Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment, Positive attitude.
