Office Administrator

My client, a busy vehicle rental business based in Pretoria, is looking for an Bookkeeper to be responsible for the day to day running of the office. RESPONSIBILITIES: Liaising with customers daily. Booking of services and repairs. Manage vehicle rentals and all related administration. Ensuring that all financial documentation is captured and invoices issued. Assisting with ad – hoc administrative tasks Drivers license essential. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2+ years Admin office procedures, practices and equipment. Preferably from rental /vehicle booking background. Basic bookkeeping skills. Basic Debtors Numerically Strong Excel, word typing skills. Strong organisational skills.
