Our client has a position open for a Bank Enquiries Assistant
Requirements :
Senior Certificate
Professional, friendly, bilingual and very courteous
3 Years Enquiries/General Customer experience (experience n a Banking environment would be an advantage).
Our client requires a customer oriented, accurate and attentive individual who will maintain professionalism and the standards of the Bank at all times.
Key Duties/Responsibilities :
Responsible for attending to all general enquiries from all walk in clients as well as existing clients and directing them to the relevant consultants with a friendly and very helpful manner and professionalism at all times. Responsibilities would include the following; Compiling and submitting reports to the Head Office, Updating of Customer details, Providing efficient , smooth running and consistent service to the customer.
