Key Accounts Manager

Desired Experience & Qualification MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS. Matric. Post matric qualification in Sales and Marketing Currently in a supervisory / management role will be an advantage Previous sales experience an advantage – minimum 5 years successful work track record (proven) a must. Previous substantial customer interaction required JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Retention & growth of customer portfolio in line with company objectives. Compile and execute presentations Call rates must be achieved with no neglected accounts. Conversion of new business opportunities Conduct meetings with customers and respond to customer queries. Month end and quarterly reports. Negotiating rates/contracts/SLA’s/Tenders Deliver highest level of personal customer service and relations resulting in consistent achievement of more than the required CSI ratings. Increase profitability of new and existing accounts SKILLS REQUIRED Presentation skills Negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Planning and Forecasting ability Persuasive selling skills. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Self-confident extrovert or mildly introverted Strong initiative and self-motivated Energetic. Team player Persuasive Organized People/customer focused.
