Corporate Receptionist

Key Requirements: Ideally available immediately Professional Image. Proactive. Strong Social Skills. Excellent interpersonal skill Personable. Your day-to-day duties will include: First point of contact reception duties Adhoc Administration tasks Meeting Rooms. Monitoring the staff rotas Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance is upheld You will be responsible for developing and maintaining great working relationships with colleagues and external customers of the site Answering the switchboard with conversational etiquette. Coordinating visitor passes. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their professionalism and etiquette with a proactive approach to their work.
