ADMINISTRATION CLERK

Brooklyn, Pretoria: ADMINISTRATION CLERK (FOR LAW FIRM) Minimum Requirements: -Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female . -Afrikaans and English first and second languages A MUST -Matric. -Good typing skills (speed and accuracy) -Minimum 1 year secretarial working experience A MUST -Excellent administration and secretarial skills .(working experience) -Independently functioning -Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette. -Strong administrative skills with attention to details -Computer literate in MS Word and MS Excel -Driver’s license and own vehicle. -Stable employment record (no job hoppers, no unreasonable gaps in employment, CV must indicate full employment record and employment dates) -Contactable references (previous employers) A MUST -Non smoker. -Must reside in Pretoria. Duties: -Reception and switchboard operation -General secretarial duties (typing etc.) -General administrative duties (filing etc.) -Travelling to Post Office, Filing of documents at court etc. (Limited, approximately once or twice a week) Salary: R 6 000.00 – R 7 000.00 gross MAXIMUM E-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF (Not as a link) to oneilc@telkomsa.net and indicate Reference CR1768 and your salary expectation.
