Pretoria North: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR Minimum Requirements: -Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female. -Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English (first & second languages) -Matric / Grade 12. -Good administration experience and skills. -Experience in invoicing, quotations, reconciliations, orders and/or stock control A MUST -Some experience or knowledge in VAT and/or Human Resources -Health & Safety knowledge/experience advantageous. -Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook. -Good typing speed. -Stable employment record . -Contactable References. -To start as soon as possible. Duties: -General office administration for Airconditioning company. -Liaise with clients in Afrikaans and English -Invoicing and quotations -Reconciliations. -Some Human Resources functions -Stock control. -Orders Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays from 07h30 am to 16h30 pm Salary: R 6 000.00 – R 6 500.00 gross maximum E-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF (Not as a link) to oneilc@telkomsa.net and indicate Reference CR1763 and your salary expectation.
