Personal Assistant

My Client are actively recruiting for an experienced personal assistant. You will be responsible for providing a professional support service to the CEO and the rest of the business team in all aspects concerned with the efficient and successful operation of the business. Requirements: Previous experience working as a PA / Secretary, Excellent organisation skills, Excellent time management skills, Ability to work effectively in a team, Proactive, self starter and able to use own initiative, Duties include but may not be limited to: To maintain and provide a support service for the CEO including planning of his workload and diary management, To setup appointments and meetings as requested, Preparation of meeting rooms, organising and preparing presentations and taking minutes, Plan and prepare travel arrangements, Any admin related duties as requested.
