Rosslyn, Pretoria: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR Minimum Requirements: -Friendly and presentable individual aged approximately 30-45 years. -Fully bilingual with good English proficiency -Good office administration working experience -Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) with good MS Excel proficiency (will be tested) -Good typing skills. -Good telephone etiquette. -Friendly and positive personality and attitude -Client orientated. -Stable employment record a must (no job hoppers, no unreasonable gaps in employment record, CV must indicate full employment record and employment dates etc.) -Contactable references -Must reside in/near Rosslyn. -To start as soon as possible. Duties: -Full office administration functions for online Stationary Supplying Company -Front and back office support functions -Filing, faxing and data capturing -Typing of documents. -Client liaison -Handling client inquiries.
