Brooklyn, Pretoria: ADMIN CLERK (FOR LAW FIRM) Minimum Requirements: -Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female -Afrikaans and English first and second languages A MUST -Matric -Good typing skills (speed and accuracy) -Minimum 1 year secretarial working experience A MUST -Excellent administration and secretarial skills (working experience) -Independently functioning -Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette -Strong administrative skills with attention to detail -Computer literate. -Driver’s license and own vehicle A MUST -Stable employment record (no job hoppers, no unreasonable gaps in employment, CV must indicate full employment record and employment dates) -Contactable references (previous employers) a must -Non smoker. -Must reside in Pretoria. -To start 6 January 2020 .
