Brooklyn, Pretoria: ADMINISTRATION CLERK (FOR LAW FIRM) Minimum Requirements: -Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female -Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (First and second languages) -Matric / Grade 12 -Good typing skills (speed and accuracy) -Minimum 1 year secretarial working experience a must. -Excellent administration and secretarial skills (working experience) -Independently functioning -Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette. -Strong administrative skills with attention to details -Computer literate in MS Word and MS Excel -Valid driver’s license and own vehicle. -Stable employment record (no job hoppers, no unreasonable gaps in employment, CV must indicate full employment record and employment dates) -Contactable references (previous employers) a must -Non smoker -Must reside in Pretoria -To start 6 January 2020 . Duties: -Reception and switchboard operation -General secretarial duties (typing etc.) -General administrative duties (filing etc.) -Travelling to Post Office, Filing of documents at court etc. (Limited, approximately once or twice a week) Salary: R 6 000.00 – R 7 000.00 gross .
