Lettings Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join a great team. This will be a busy and varied role in which you will support the Letting department. Previous experience in property and lettings admin is essential. Hours - 8.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday and one in two Saturdays 9am -5pm with a week day off in lieu. Duties to inculde: Co-coordinating everything for move ins from signing up to moving in, keeping landlords and tenants updated throughout, including: Referencing. Checking IDs. Preparing tenancy agreements and other tenancy documents. Ordering inventories Setting up Standing orders. Registering deposits with DPS Ensuring properties are ready for moving into Post check-in admin. Answering queries.
