ADMINISTRATION CLERK

Brooklyn, Pretoria: ADMINISTRATION CLERK (FOR LAW FIRM) Minimum Requirements: -Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female -Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (First and second languages) -Matric / Grade 12. -Good typing skills (speed and accuracy) -Minimum 1 year secretarial working experience a must -Excellent administration and secretarial skills (working experience) -Independently functioning -Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette -Strong administrative skills with attention to details -Computer literate in MS Word and MS Excel -Valid driver’s license and own vehicle -Stable employment record (no job hoppers, no unreasonable gaps in employment, CV must indicate full employment record and employment dates) -Contactable references (previous employers) a must -Non smoker -Must reside in Pretoria -To start 6 January 2020 Duties: -Reception and switchboard operation -General secretarial duties (typing etc.) -General administrative duties (filing etc.) -Travelling to Post Office, Filing of documents at court etc. (Limited, approximately once or twice a week) Salary: R 6 000.00 – R 7 000.00 gross E-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF (Not as a link) to oneilc@telkomsa.net and indicate Reference CR1768 and your salary expectation.
