Facilities Administrator

We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join them due to continued expansion. Who will you be working for? Our client is an exciting FMCG specialist that is growing rapidly. They have an excellent team culture and you'll be working alongside some extremely talented people. What will you be doing? Building maintenance checks Complete daily H&S checks Liaising with landlord and third party contractors Managing contracts of suppliers Ordering stationery and groceries Arrange First Aid and Fire Marshall training and renewals Logging visitors About you Computer literate with experience in Word and Excel. Ability to work effectively in a team Strong communication skills Ability to manage and prioritise a heavy workload Strong planning and organisation skills Ability to have a flexible and commercial approach Able to change processes to make working more effective.
