Project Administrator

TASKS 1. Administrative support: • Maintain diaries, appointment systems, scheduling and arranging meetings; • Organise meetings and events to be determined by the ISCGBVF; • Preparing materials to support meeting, consultations, events by the ISCGBVF and Task Teams; scanning and other correspondence. 2. Logistics: • Provide logistical support for the consultative meetings, workshops and events including developing itineraries and agendas, scheduling flights, road transport, accommodation and meeting rooms for the ISC; • and other stakeholders as requested across the nine provinces of South Africa and at national level; • Ensuring that appointments are realistically planned with regard to timing and venue; catering and conferencing facilities are booked appropriately. 3. Report writing • Collate minutes and reports from the meetings; • Prepare presentations for the Chair and Project Team. 4. Monthly Progress Briefings: • Monthly Progress Reports as per agreed project plan. C.
