Property Manager

Large student accommodation company is seeking a professional property manager for a site with 900 beds. The position entails: Overall management of the property including students and employees. Incident reports. Student management Supplier management Tenant Relations and Lease Management Rental income and control Bookings and allocations. Desired Skills: -At least 5 to 10 years experience in Property Management sector (student accommodation experience will be an advantage) -Customer focused. -HR knowledge (basic) - staff management -Planning and budgeting -Reporting -Fully computer literate (Microsoft office) -Accounting experience (debt collection) would be an advantage. -Own vehicle and valid SA drivers' licence -Willing to work on Saturdays and after hours for emergencies. -Language Proficiency: Afrikaans, English and at least one African Language (must) The company is looking for a mature, professional individual that is able to take charge and work independently.
