Marketing & Sales Executive

* Identify market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs * Actively see out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking. * Set up meetings with potential clients * Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services. * Negotiate and Close deals and handle complaints and objections. * Identify selling prospects. * Develop relationships with prospects, recommending solutions * Prepare reports, analyses and summarize information. * Maintain quality service. * Achiever Monthly and Annual Targets * Follow up with existing customers * Cross selling of products * Weekly Sales Reports Experience: Minimum 5 years in Marketing & Sales Must have knowledge of the Construction Industry Must have own vehicle. Must have own cell phone Must be presentable and able to communicate on various levels i.e. Management and Non Management levels.
