Front of House Receptionist

Must have tertiary hospitality experience with previous experience in a 5* property. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and must be well presented. Able to deal with both international and local clientele. Driver's license preferred. Duties will include checking guests in and out, welcoming and hosting guests, office admin, resolving guest complaints and queries and booking guest activities, transfers etc. Single live in position with accommodation offered on site - must be willing to work extensive hours. liz@lfhr.co.za
