Rental Admin Assistant

This position is a full-time office based post, operating in normal office hours. Qualification and requirements: • Grade 12 or relevant qualification. • Qualification/ Experience in financial sector. • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Social media, Basic IT skills) • Any experience in the property rental industry will be a major advantage. • Own transport will be an advantage. Skills: • Excellent systematic organised admin skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. • Must be able to meet deadlines. • Must be able to pay attention to detail and maintain. accurate completed work. • Must be able to perform under pressure. • Must be a fast learner. • Must be committed and efficient. Duties and responsibilities: • Drafting of rental contracts and mandates. • Updating and maintaining database • Monthly collections of levy statements. • Filing and compiling of reports and audits. • Sending out SMS’s, letters and emails to tenants. • Advertising of vacant properties of social media and property websites. • Offer support to rental admin manager. • General admin duties. • Debt collecting. • Telephonic attendance of tenant queries. Any experience in the real estate sector will be to the applicant's advantage. Salary R9500. The position does have a commission incentive structure on top of the basic salary.
