Senior Manager

Co-ordinate knowledge management across business; Develop and Implement KM Strategy; Promote KM across the enterprise; Provide KM Support and launching new knowledge base products or services in collaboration with ICT; Facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems; Implementation of groupware to support collaboration; Provide a strategic review on the further development of the KM systems and practices; Develop a knowledge platform on all initiatives; Lead the in the development of all database including but not limited to: Interfaces to the database; Implementation of new features available; Ensure maximum amount of information is extracted from the database through the use of reporting tools; Act as single point of contact for all data requests. Post grad Qual Info Sci or ICT or Library Sci or related fields in KM; 8 years’ work experience with at least 5 years’ relevant exp in KM Implementation at a senior level; Implementation and Understanding and Business Continuity environment, planning and practices; Attention to detail is non-negotiable; Excellent Turnaround and Organised with good time management skills; Sound Project Management skills are critical.
