Finance Controller

The purpose of this role is to provide financial system support services to the Finance Division in order to achieve the following outcomes: Manage Scheme finances efficiently and effectively; Administering the supply chain and finances of the Head Office efficiently; and Assessing and mitigating risks; Ensure all system interfaces from the banks are working correctly - bank statement import and payment files; Maintain and update all interfaces as and when changes are required; Ensure that interfaces between accounting system and reporting tool are in place and functioning optimally; Ensure that interfaces between the Scheme and Council for Medical Schemes are identified and put in place; Ensure that all interfaces are received monthly and loaded into the accounting system/reporting tool Degree in Accountancy or management accounting or IT qualification with sound accounting knowledge; Min years financial accounting experience; Prior knowledge or working with system interfaces. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft AX accounting package IS A MUST. People with Disabilities are encouraged to apply.
