Debtor's Database Administrator

DEBTOR’S DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR. Job Description Responsibilities and Duties. • The potential candidate must possess high accuracy levels and be detailed conscious. • Ability to work as part of a team. • The successful candidate will report to the Debtor’s Manager on daily basis. • The position entails but is not limited to updating of Debtors database, communicating with both Debtor’s Manager and Financial Manager, maintaining and updating debtors filing, prompt control & allocation of incoming payments, assist with any queries on debtors accounts, compiling of invoices and sending them out for various Units. Knowledge, skills and abilities. The following skills and abilities are required: • Bilingual: English & Afrikaans . • Knowledge of Office 365, MS Word, MS Excel (NB!), MS Outlook, MS Power Point and the internet • Good numeric skills. • Honesty and integrity. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team. • Attention to detail Credentials and experience • Min 2 yrs Administration experience. • Min 2 yrs experience in financial environment • Own vehicle . • Available immediately!
