SALES MANAGER

Duties & Responsibilities Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers the sales, revenue and expense controls. Meeting planned sales goals. Setting individual targets with the sales team. Developing your team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education. Tracks sales activities and create reports that he presents to senior management for use in strategic decision making. Knowledge and Opportunity: identify and develop new market opportunities for the business. Gr 12 + 4 years working exp as a Sales Manager in previous position. Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle Clear criminal record. Excellent computer skills and knowledge . Strong background in Tenders.
