Recruitment Officers

Duties & Responsibilities Ensuring compliance to policy and related guidelines. Obtaining requisition forms Drafting advertisements and placing in a range of media. Preparing recruitment files for each position Sourcing candidates. Screening of CVs. Scheduling meetings for short-listings. Scheduling meetings for interviews Preparing interview packs Ensuring correct recruitment forms are being used Ensuring the necessary checks are conducted such as MIE, references etc. Arranging for psychometric assessments to be conducted Submitting interview reports Working through the relevant practitioner in preparing offer letters and communicating with the candidates. Informing the relevant practitioner and line manager once an offer has been accepted. Desired Experience & Qualification 3- 6 years recruitment experience required Tertiary qualification in HR a pref. Experience working in higher education a pref. Able to start 1 August 2019 or close to own Transport /valid drivers license .
