Area Sales Channel Manager

Duties & Responsibilities Primarily be responsible for the management of strategic key private label accounts in Port Elizabeth & surrounding areas. Will be expected to maintain & grow relationships within the region at both DC, buyer & store level thereby driving the achievement of sales volumes & pricing targets across the basket of products. Interfacing with sales agents to ensure that our products are effectively distributed & merchandised to improve forward share & achieve CATMAN execution requirements. Provide input & support to sales forecasting & logistical supply chain processes to ensure on time delivery is achieved. Compile weekly & monthly feedback reports & price surveys with supporting analysis & interpretation Attend to product quality issues. Desired Experience & Qualification. Relevant tertiary qualification of interaction with retail buyers will be required Key accounting, preferably with exposure to the group & a working knowledge of its operations & fundamental business principles will be advantageous. Willing to travel within the region Highly skilled communicator & negotiator & ensure customer service excellence is executed at all times in a proactive manner.
