Sales Manager

Duties Include: Driving sales in the region across all channels (Insurance, Dealer market, Fleet, Tenders) Managing and motivating the entire sales team to achieve individual and regional sales targets Assisting the Regional Manager in increasing Tracker's market share in the region across channels. General management of all policies, processes, systems relating to sales at regional level. For example, commissions, petrol usage, sales vehicles etc. Manage the regional sales reporting mechanism for input into overall regional and company reporting. Manage the administration of contracts at regional level. Manage the regional sales budget Desired Experience & Qualification. Minimum Requirements: A Marketing / Sales B degree or equivalent qualification will be advantageous. At least 5 years Sales and Marketing experience. At least 3 years sales management experience (a team of at least 10 Sales people) A high level of business acumen. A strong personality with a passion for sales and people. Strong leadership abilities, using a style congruent with the Tracker Values. Maturity and experience in sales management to be effective across multiple channels. Good networking abilities and experience built in at least one of the current Tracker Sales channels (Insurance Industry, Dealer Market, Fleet etc) Please forward your CV to or alternatively
