Customer Service Executive

As the successful Customer Service Executive you will be required to carry out the following responsibilities: Answer all queries in a friendly, personal and professional manner. Contact and explain the service to new potential customers. Work with existing customers. Capture and report customer feedback to improve the service. Respond to all communications in a timely manner. Circulate information within relevant teams to provide the best possible service. Resolve issues for customers. The successful Customer Service Executive will have the following skills and experience: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. Attention to detail and accuracy. Confidence building rapport over the phone. Previous customer service experience. Experience with customer management systems. Ability to work independently and in a team.
