Medical Aid Admin Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities Preparing of quotes as per instructions received Prepare necessary paperwork (either via email of physical file) Complete applications. Scan and save compliance documents Submit applications after it has been checked Submit additional requirements where applicable Update portfolio. Updating Relevant Registers. General servicing Obtain tax certificates, travel certificates, member certificates, information regarding unpaid debits Advice on which product / option is suitable according to our client’s needs (Comparisons) Any changes to the membership – additions or cancellation of dependents or plan changes Upon member’s request an annual review will be conducted and discussed if need be Provision and assisting with Chronic application forms. Advice on Chronic or Prescribed Minimum Benefit conditions. Assist with reward programs. Desired Experience & Qualification Grade 12-qualification. Relevant Qualification (Minimum NQF 5 – preferably in financial planning, wealth management or alike) RE5 Regulatory Examination for representatives Be fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) Package & Remuneration Market related.
