ISO Systems & Safety Administrator

It is essential that you have implemented, managed and maintained the QMS system in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2015 standards. Please do not apply if you don't meet this criteria Duties: • Implement, manage, maintain, oversee and improve the company’s ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. • Manage, maintain, and oversee the company’s OHS system • Help communicate ISO and OHS expectations to employees and provide coaching and corrective action when needed. • Prepare for and lead external and internal quality audits • Conduct/Participate/Perform assessments (internal audits & surveys) for the above • Maintain all prescribed certifications of the company for the above standards • Liaising with customers and suppliers • Any other reasonable task provided by Management. • General office administration Qualifications and competencies: • Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent • ISO 9001:2015 implementation working knowledge • OHS Act knowledge & understanding • Computer literacy (MS Office) • Ability to work under pressure • Attention to detail, and a positive attitude • Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner • Must be a self-motivated individual • Relevant Tertiary Qualification in the field of Quality an added advantage.
