Project Lead

Duties & Responsibilities Work with key stakeholders to understand business requirements to create a business case Plan, define and scope assigned projects to company standards using defined tools, methodologies, processes and procedures, to create well defined projects which align with Business and IT strategies. Acquire the resources and skills needed to create a project team that is able to deliver the project objectives, and provide effective team leadership, ensuring that performance is maintained so that projects are delivered within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality. Ensure that project quality, change control and risk management processes are implemented and followed on all assigned projects, so that any issues and risk can be identified and responded to Provide regular and accurate reports (including project forecasting) to stakeholders so that they have the information they need to review the progress of their project/s. Monitor & control resources (including 3rd parties), revenue and capital costs against the project budget, and communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of project return on investment.
