Duties & Responsibilities Build and sustain good customer service levels and business relationships between key internal stakeholders in the business. Provide training support to customers, in conjunction with Business Representatives, to ensure customers are updated on relevant technology and product developments. Assess and manage all warranty claims according to set policies & procedures. Optimise new business opportunities by identifying potential dealers and distributors and cross-selling opportunities. Draw up, and present budgets for Exco approval. Conduct regular pricing surveys in the region and report findings to the Sales & Marketing Executive to maintain & grow market share. Ensuring that discounts are managed in accordance with set parameters as published by the S & M Executive. Liaise with Human resources with regards to the sourcing of the required candidates, the interview process and the appointment of the selected candidate. Desired Experience & Qualification Grade 12. A recognised Sales and/or Marketing Diploma/University degree. At minimum of 5-10 years managing a sizeable Sales team in an FMCG / Retail type environment. A seasoned & professional Manager Automotive industry experience, a definite advantage. Supply Chain Management experience, a definite advantage. A valid Driver’s licence.
