BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Duties & Responsibilities In order to be considered the following is required: Proven work experience as a sales executive Proven track record as a manager. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. A self-starter with the ability to source new customers and develop new markets. Good numerical and analytical ability An ability to hold in-depth discussions on business topics Excellent communication skills; both face to face and telephonic. High levels of self-motivation and responsibility Proactive, structured, deadline focused and is passionate about learning and development Own motor vehicle and a valid South African driver’s license Responsibilities: Manage the professional services unit for the region Achieve targets Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Perform cost-¬benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their need Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
