AREA MANAGER

Duties & Responsibilities Effectively manage merchandising plans per Sales Representatives, placement of POS (point of sale) material . Set, communicate and monitor target achievement per Sales Representative. Handle customers queries . Coordinate and control teams per branch Manage level of Sales Representatives ensure replacements . Coach teams to ensure adherence to standards Communicate daily with the Sales Representatives Check product availability . Communicate with distribution, warehouse and recon department. Communicate with customers and managements as required . Desired Experience & Qualification 3 years' post matric qualification in Sales & Marketings or equivalent level of educational qualification . 3 years' work related experience in a "FMCG" environment will be highly advantageous . Must be able to work independently within the framework of the work environment. Code 10 driver license Business English: fluent . MS Excel (advanced) Interested?
