Area Manager

Duties & Responsibilities Effectively manage merchandising plans per Sales Representatives, placement of POS (point of sale) material Set, communicate and monitor target achievement per Sales Representative Handle customers queries Coordinate and control teams per branch Manage level of Sales Representatives ensure replacements Coach teams to ensure adherence to standards Communicate daily with the Sales Representatives Check product availability . Communicate with distribution, warehouse and recon department Communicate with customers and managements as required. Desired Experience & Qualification 3 years' post matric qualification in Sales & Marketings or eqivalent level of educational qualification 3 years' work related experience in a "FMCG" environment will be highly advantageous Must be able to work independently within the framework of the work environment.
