CI Manager

Duties include: Reinforce the CI Culture, Coordinate and implement CI tools in the plant. Lead and Coordinate CI flow / processes to meet yearly Budget and Forecast objectives Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement Submit the weekly activities report on time Submit the monthly KPI’s on time Submit the Quarterly review ppt. on time Training. Complete White Belt Training for 100% of the salaried employees end of the year Kaizen Events Scrap reduction. Support Continuous Improvement in our administrative functions by facilitating Lean concepts applications Share Success, Engagement and Motivation Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum Requirements: Technical National Diploma / Degree or an Equivalent of experience and education An Advanced Degree – ideally in a Quantitative field will be well regarded Master Black Belt of Black Belt and expert in minimum 6 Lean tools or expert in minimum 10 Lean Tools and Green Belt. Skills in Advance Quality tools Process walk through methodology 5 – 10 years – ideally in Qualitative field, Accredited LSS Black Belt, Lean Sensei and/or Master Black Belt Certificate.
