Duties & Responsibilities Co-ordinate and monitor department staff, resources and prioritization. Employee relations including training and developing staff in terms of company quality stands and technical skills required to perform tasks Manage effective systems to control time, cost and quality. Department performance management with monthly reporting and setting targets. Ensure compliance to all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment. Implement and maintain ISO9001 Principles and procedures to ensure conformance to the company’s Quality Management System. Control and management of Company resources including: Tools and Equipment – issuing, returns, purchasing, repairs. Building and Premises: General maintenance and upkeep supervision Cleaning. Recycling Security Desired Experience & Qualification. Experience in Management and Procurement Stores and Storekeeping experience and training advantageous. Management related training advantages A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a technical related field Driver's License: Code B Good working knowledge of General Machinery Regulations Good working knowledge of motors, vehicles, equipment operation. Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, email proficient Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to lead a diverse team.
