Conveyancer

Duties & Responsibilities Manage the conveyancing process and conveyancing secretaries on a daily basis; Liaising with attorney firms, various banks, estate agents and clients; Signing up bond and transfer clients; Maintaining of bank panels and ensuring all interests of the major banks are protected; Check and release electronically signed guarantees; Maintain excellent performance ratings with banks; Attend to transfers and bonds from inception up to lodgement, inclusive of drafting and preparing all documents relating to property transfers; Drafting and preparing of notarial documentation and notarial bonds; Responsible for finalizing finances on file and reconciliation of accounts, guarantees as well as posting fees; Manage ‘walk-in” clients; Estate transfers; Conveyancing marketing, especially meeting with agents, bond originators etc. Desired Experience & Qualification Degree: Bachelor of Law LLB Admitted as an Attorney Admitted as a Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa Package & Remuneration CTC. recruitment@mpc.co.za
