HR ASSISTANT

 

 

  • Monitor absentees for all branches - daily 
  • Update register
  • Capture absenteeism info on our leave spreadsheet
  • Data capture of new employees onto the system
  • Monitor quarterly late coming / timekeeping issues

 

  • Capture and monitor/ all internal and external training
  • Assist in finding training consultants / Training courses for training employees
  • Arranging of Training - logistics and attendance
  • WSP-ATR capturing
  • SETA grants / contracting / monitoring
  • Assist in contracting learnerships with W&RSETA
  • Assist in all admin relating to the learners
  • Management and distribution of all uniform to all staff
  • Ensure adherence to company dress code policies  
  • Capturing of all leave requests once approved
  • Updating of leave on system
  • Work on the ESS Leave system

 

  • Management of Contract Staff attendance and files, contracts etc
  • Prepare weekly timesheet  

Update employee files and ensure all have recent job descriptions.

Relief of Receptionist duties

  • Maintain the efficient filling system and flow of documents in the unit.
  • Receive and distribute documents, record documents in an appropriate register.
  • Typing of hearing notes
  • Ensure weekly weekend updated and communicated to all staff
