B-BBEE Specialist (PE, Cape Town, Durban)

Our Client, a leading training institution, is looking for a dynamic candidate to fill the role of B-BBEE Specialist to join their amazing team in Port Elizabeth, Cape Town and Durban. The successful incumbent will be reporting to the General Manager B-BBEE.

Position Purpose

  • The B-BBEE Specialist is responsible to assist client to strategize, plan and file compilation ending in Certification
  • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile the information to produce a BEE score and / or
  • verification file for clients
  • Lead in BEE and transformation strategy while compliance with relevant legislation
  • Oversee and update the BEE system, facilitate exchange of best practice within Company, promote learning &
    development and innovation

Key Performance Areas (Maximum of 5 KPA’s)

  • Client liaison
  • Build relationships with Verification Agencies
  • Development of B-BBEE Plan/Strategy
  • Compilation of B-BBEE File
  • Assist client through Verification Audit

Preferred Qualification

  • Preferably a 3 year relevant Degree/Diploma either in Accounting or Law, with at least 2 years working experience
    in B-BBEE consulting or auditing
