Engineering Administrator

Minimum Requirements Tertiary Qualification preferable. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general administration of Engineering or Production Departments. Quality System Awareness is advantageous. Computer literacy – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Project and SAP. Duties and responsibilities Processes of engineering purchase requisitions (SAP) Taking minutes at meetings. Data capturing – Energy Management Action Plans, Engineering Action Plans, Root Cause Analysis, Engineering Overtime, etc. Filing of all engineering related documentation (Statutory/Legal, Vendor Job Cards, Root Cause Analysis, Plant Inspections, Supervisor Reports, Artisan Reports, etc.) Oversee Engineering Library Creating presentations and reports for Engineering / Energy Manager.
