Vehicle Damage & Services Clerk

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monitoring the ‘down time’ of all damaged and service vehicles. • Capturing of service movements, details and history • Capturing of damage movements (claim forms, quotes) • HB numbers and purchase orders • Monitoring and controlling fleet movement and fleet checks • Monitoring and maintaining fleet quality • Assisting with breakdowns and vehicle change-overs. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: o Proficient in English (speak, read, write) o Unendorsed code 08/EB driver’s license o Mechanical knowledge: theory and from a practical aspect. o PC literacy o Matric or equivalent. o In-depth knowledge of motor vehicle spares, with contacts and technical support contacts o Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping Forward your CV to fcrvacancies@, specify "SERVICES CLERK" in the subject line.
