Property Administrator

Purpose: To establish and maintain effective support services to the Broker(s) regarding all administration and contract agreements. Experience / Education: *Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent qualification *Driver’s license and own vehicle essential. *3 years relevant experience, directly interfacing with clients and providing general administrative support services. *A secretarial or PRO diploma would be a recommendation. *Real Estate qualification will be a distinct advantage Skills required: *Excellent telephone, administration and organizational skills. *Typing, computer literacy (Advanced MS Office) *Take full responsibility for all administrative matters relating to the Commercial, Industrial and Retail Property Portfolio. *Update Social Media pages with available properties *Liaise with Landlords, Tenants, service providers, etc. *Prepare contracts as required by Broker(s) *Deadline focused, detail orientated with strong focus on accuracy.
