Service Administrator

Minimum Requirements Matric Certificate. Minimum of three years administrative experience Working knowledge of online processes and online systems. Full knowledge and working ability of all Microsoft packages. Exceptional communication skills. Experience in working in a technical environment/field such as HVAC, Electrical or Refrigeration industry preferable. Ability to work calmly under pressure and handle difficult situations. Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Satisfaction – always the main objective Monthly service scheduling of all clients Create quotations for clients based on job card feedback. Review, capture and ensure accuracy of approved job card, invoices and client information Maintain all customer online portals Generate and control routine service schedules, follow up on outstanding service schedules. Provide reports on expenses to Service Head of Department. Address any service-related queries and information requests. Support role to Service Team and Service Head of Department. Any other general administrative tasks as and when required.
